How to Access Voicemail on Your Desk Phone
The voicemail feature allows you to receive and access your private voicemail box. You must first be using a device with an extension that's registered with the Mango Voice System.
Our desk phones have a pre-programmed envelope button that calls your personal voicemail.
- Press the envelope button on your desk phone.
- Enter your voicemail password.
- Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your voicemails.
