Mango Voice started with 350 customers and a belief that healthcare practices deserved a communication platform built around the way they actually work. Twelve years later that belief is still what drives everything we build.

Simplify and enhance communication for the interactions that matter most.

Every patient relationship starts with a phone call. We build the infrastructure that makes sure that call gets answered, that conversation gets captured, and that information gets to the right person at the right time. No missed calls that turn into missed patients. No notes that never get written. No opportunities lost because the tools did not work.

Where we came from.

Mango Voice started as a telephony company serving homes and businesses across Utah and Nevada. Early on we learned that traditional phone infrastructure was overcomplicated, expensive to maintain, and not built with the end user in mind. We decided to build something different. A platform anyone could use, manage, and grow with, without needing a certified technician to make a change to their own phone line.

Healthcare practices became our focus because the problem was most acute there. A busy front desk, a ringing phone, a patient standing at the counter. Nobody had built a platform that understood that moment. We did.

How we got here.

  1. 2013Founded

    350 customers. St. George, Utah. A platform built on the belief that healthcare practices deserved something better than what existed.

  2. 2018Partner platform

    Channel and partner ecosystem built. Deep practice management system integrations established. Healthcare becomes the focus.

  3. 2020Mobile and cloud

    Modern cloud architecture. Mobile app launched. The platform grows beyond the desk phone and into every team member's pocket.

  4. 2023Mango AI

    Every call transcribed, summarized, and written back to the patient record. AI built on more than a decade of real healthcare call data.

  5. 2024Margo

    The AI receptionist, exclusive to Mango Voice. No patient goes unanswered. Built on infrastructure we own.

  6. 2026and beyond

    Deeper integrations. Workflow intelligence. A platform built to scale across every healthcare vertical we serve.

Mango Voice has never taken outside funding. Every decision we make is in the interest of our customers and our team, not an investor’s timeline.

We did not build a general communication platform and add a healthcare layer on top. Mango Voice was designed around the workflows, integrations, and patient communication needs of healthcare practices from the beginning.

Infrastructure we own

Our platform runs on server infrastructure we own and operate across multiple data centers. That means 99.99% uptime, full control over how data is handled, and no dependency on third-party infrastructure that can go down without notice.

Support that picks up

Our entire support team is based in St. George, Utah. When you call or text, a real person responds in under two minutes. Not a ticket system. Not an offshore queue. A person who knows the platform.
