How to Create a Schedule

Schedules are a great way to help automate your phone system. Once a Schedule is created, you can place it in your call flows (switchboards) to enable features like after-hours auto attendants, different voicemail messages, forwarding to an answering service during certain hours, and more.

Create a Schedule

  1. Log into admin.mangovoice.com as an Administrator.
  2. Click Schedules on the left.
  3. Click the blue New Schedule button.
  4. Enter a Name for the schedule.
  5. Optionally, add a Description of the schedule.
  6. The Time Zonewill default to the PBX's Time Zone, but you can select a different one.
  7. Click Save Schedule.
