Ring Group Strategies

The following ring group ringing strategies are available:

• Ring All

  Ring all phones in the ring group.

• Paging Group

  Page phones in the ring group.

Choosing a Ring Strategy

To choose the ring group ringing strategy:

1. Navigate to Extensions › Lines.
2. Open the Ring Group you want to edit.
3. Set the Ring Strategy to Ring All or Paging Group.
4. Click Update Ring Group to save your changes.
