How to Set Up 2-Way Intercom with Your Mango Voice Phones

Intercom allows for two-way audio between two extensions. You can enable or disable the intercom (auto-answer) functionality for internal calls (extension to extension) in your PBX Settings.

One-time Intercom

If this functionality is not enabled, you can also perform a one-time intercom by dialing *8 + (extension number).

How to use 2-Way Intercom

1. Dial *8 and the extension. For example, for extension 111, dial *8111.
2. It will dial and connect to that extension without any other steps.

This can also be accomplished by using the Presence keys on the phone.
