How to Create a Music On Hold Playlist

How to set up a custom Music On Hold playlist

1. Go to Music on Hold in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Manage Audio Tracks.
3. Click the '+' to add audio tracks.
4. Name the audio track.
5. Select the file from the computer.
6. Click Upload Music.
7. Add as many tracks as wanted in the playlist.
8. Click Add New Playlist.
9. Name the playlist and click Create Playlist.
10. Click on the newly created playlist, then add the audio tracks to the list.
11. Select the playlist as the default.
