Directory Overview

A company (corporate) directory is created and maintained by the Mango Voice directory system. It includes all line extensions by default, but can also contain ring groups, call queues, conference rooms, virtual fax, and shared voicemail.

Omit from Directory

To omit an extension from the company directory:

1. Navigate to Extensions on the left side menu.
2. Click on the edit option next to an extension to omit.
3. Toggle the Omit from Directory setting to Yes.

Accessing the Directory from a Phone

On Yealink desk phones, select Directory › Directories › Company Extensions, then search for the user or extension you need. Selecting an extension in the directory initiates a call to that extension.
