How Do I Change My Voicemail Password on My Phone?

The voicemail feature allows a user to receive and access their private voicemail box. Users must first be logged into extensions registered in the Mango Voice System.

The default voicemail password is 1234. If you have changed it, use your current password instead.

Change your voicemail password

  1. 1

    Access your voicemail

    Press *97 or your phone's voicemail button option to access the phone's voicemail.

    Enter your voicemail password

    Enter your current voicemail password when prompted. The default voicemail password is 1234.

    Select Advanced Options

    From the voicemail menu, select 5 to enter Advanced Options.

    Choose to change your password

    Press 3 to change your password, then enter your new voicemail password.

    Verify your new password

    The voicemail system will repeat your new voicemail password back to you for verification.
