Call Coaching

Call Coaching allows you to listen, coach, and intervene with any or all parties involved in a call.

Start coaching a call

Dial *88 followed by the extension you want to coach. For example:

*88101

Coaches extension 101.

This starts you in listen-only mode. While on the call, you can switch between the options below at any time, without limitations.

Coaching options

  • *88 + extensionDial *88 with the extension (for example, *88101 for ext 101) to listen in on the call.
  • Press 1Talk to the customer's side of the call.
  • Press 2Talk to the agent's side of the call.
  • Press 3Talk with both parties at the same time.
