Weave Call Forwarding
While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Weave number to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Call forwarding is configured from the Weave Desktop App.
Forward your calls
- Open the Weave Desktop App.
- Go to Settings & Phones.
- Disable Voicemail Forwarding if it is enabled.
- Turn Call Forwarding on.
- Add a new forwarding number. We recommend using “Mango” as the name.
- Press the check mark to select it.
Note:Call forwarding may not kick in right away. If it does not, try disabling and re-enabling call forwarding — it usually starts working immediately after that.
