Weave Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Weave number to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Call forwarding is configured from the Weave Desktop App.

Forward your calls

  1. Open the Weave Desktop App.
  2. Go to Settings & Phones.
  3. Disable Voicemail Forwarding if it is enabled.
  4. Turn Call Forwarding on.
  5. Add a new forwarding number. We recommend using “Mango” as the name.
  6. Press the check mark to select it.

Note:Call forwarding may not kick in right away. If it does not, try disabling and re-enabling call forwarding — it usually starts working immediately after that.
