Vonage Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Vonage numbers to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. With Vonage, forwarding is set up by routing your main number through an extension that points to the temporary number.

Forward your calls

1. Pick an extension. We recommend picking the lowest-numbered one.
2. Set up call forwarding on that extension by adding a New Number and selecting Business. (It should not matter which option you select.)
3. Remove the main phone number association from whatever it is currently attached to.
4. Go back to the extension and assign the main number to it.
5. Repeat steps 3–4 for any other phone numbers that need to be forwarded.
