Verizon Call Forwarding
Important — do not forward
Do NOT enable call forwarding for customers porting from Verizon. Verizon will only forward one call at a time and drop the others, which means missed calls for the customer.
What to do instead
Advise the customer that their Mango Voice phones will accept incoming calls once the main number has ported. Until the port completes, they must continue using their old Verizon phones to take calls.
