Thread Communication Call Forwarding
While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Thread Communication numbers to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Forwarding is configured per number from the Thread Communication website.
Forward your calls
- Log into the Thread Communication website.
- Go to Phone Numbers.
- Click on the number you want to edit.
- Change Call Routing for both “If Holiday” and “Route To” to “Outside Number”.
- Under Features, de-select “Screen for Privacy” if it is enabled.
Tip: Repeat these steps for each number you need to forward, and remember to switch the routing back once your numbers have ported to Mango Voice.
