Thread Communication Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Thread Communication numbers to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Forwarding is configured per number from the Thread Communication website.

Forward your calls

  1. Log into the Thread Communication website.
  2. Go to Phone Numbers.
  3. Click on the number you want to edit.
  4. Change Call Routing for both “If Holiday” and “Route To” to “Outside Number”.
  5. Under Features, de-select “Screen for Privacy” if it is enabled.

Tip: Repeat these steps for each number you need to forward, and remember to switch the routing back once your numbers have ported to Mango Voice.
