Spectrum Call Forwarding
You can forward calls from your phone using a feature access code, or set up Call Forwarding Alwaysfrom your online account. If one option doesn't work, try the other.
Activate Call Forwarding from your phone

Press *72.

Listen for the dial tone, enter the 10-digit number of the phone to which you want to forward your calls, and then wait for the confirmation announcement.

After the announcement, the feature will forward calls to the number entered.
Note: You will hear an error message if the forward-to number is invalid.
Call Forwarding Always (online account)

Sign in and select the Voice & Services tab.

Under Voice Access, select Forwarding Manager.

Choose the line you want to forward and select the arrow on the right to expand the call forwarding options.

Use the toggle button to turn call forwarding on for that line and ensure the Prior to Ring option is selected.

Select Manage Forwarding Lines, add the Alias and Number to your list and select Save.

Use the Forward all calls drop-down to select your forwarding number.
