RevenueWell Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your RevenueWell number to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. RevenueWell uses the *72 feature code for call forwarding — if it isn't already enabled, you'll turn it on first.

Enable the *72 feature code (if needed)

If call forwarding is not enabled, turn on the *72 feature code first:

1. Go to Phone.
2. Select PBX in the lower-left corner.
3. Go to Callflows.
4. Open Feature Codes and enable *72.

Forward your calls

1. Dial *72.
2. When prompted, enter the number you want to forward calls to, followed by #.
