RCN Call Forwarding (Astound Broadband)

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your RCN number to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. To forward calls to an external number using Astound Broadband (formerly RCN), you can use the Call Forward Variable feature.

Forward calls with the Call Forward Variable feature

1. Dial *72.
2. Dial the area code and phone number you want to forward calls to.
3. After a pause, a confirmation tone will indicate that Call Forward is active.
