How to set up the mConsent integration with Mango Voice

The steps in both sections must be completed for the mConsent integration to work properly.

In Mango Voice

  • Log into admin.mangovoice.com as an Administrator.
  • Click Integrations on the left.
  • Click on the blue Learn More button next to Custom webhook for Mango events v2.0. Or if it is an orange Integrated button, click on that.
  • For Remote ID, enter: srs-mango-events
  • For Callback URL, enter: https://practiceadmin.securehealthform.net/MangoEventHandler/call_event_handler
  • For Event Selectors, select:
    • Call Log
    • Line Extension State
    • Call Queue
    • Voicemail
    • Integration Message
  • Click the blue Update Integration button.
  • Make sure that the Status in the upper-right is set to On.

In mConsent

  • Copy the Authorization Key from Mango Voice.
  • Paste it in mConsent's setting Mango Call Pop.
  • Please contact mConsent for additional support.
