HTC Call Forwarding
Important — forwarding not recommended
If you are switching from HTC to Mango Voice, we currently do not recommend forwarding calls from HTC to Mango Voice during the number porting process.
Why we don't recommend it
Mango Voice's system allows simultaneous inbound calls, but HTC's system only seems to allow one active call at a time. This means that while forwarding from HTC, if your office is on an inbound call and another comes in, the second (and any subsequent calls) will receive a busy tone.
What to expect instead
Once your numbers have ported, your Mango Voice phones will ring for inbound calls. Until the port completes, continue taking calls on your existing HTC phones.
