GoToConnect (Jive) Call Forwarding
While you wait for your numbers to port over from GoToConnect (Jive), you can forward your numbers so calls keep reaching your team on Mango Voice. Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding.
Good to know:GoToConnect's Dial Plans are similar to Mango Voice Switchboards, so the routing concepts will feel familiar.
- Go to Phone Numbers and see which dial plan the phone number routes to.
- If it doesn't route to a dial plan, create one and route the main number to it after making the edit below.
- Edit the dial plan so that it only goes to an external transfer of the temporary number with a timeout of 120 and pass through the caller ID.
- Repeat for any other numbers you're forwarding.
