Giant Communications Call Forwarding
You can forward your calls from your phone using a feature code, or from the Giant Communications VoIP portal. Try one of these two options.
Option 1 — From your phone

Dial 72#. A tone sounds.

Enter the number to forward to.

If there is no answer or the line is busy, repeat the steps.

Test the forwarding to confirm it works.
To deactivate: Dial 73#. Two beeps will sound to confirm call forwarding is turned off.
Option 2 — From the Giant Communications VoIP portal

Log in to the Giant Communications VoIP portal
Open your web browser, navigate to the Giant Communications VoIP portal login page, and enter your username and password to log in.

Navigate to call forwarding settings
Find the section or tab related to call settings or call management. This might be labeled “Call Forwarding,” “Call Routing,” or similar.

Set up call forwarding
In the call forwarding section, look for an option to set up or manage call forwarding, then select the option to forward all calls.

Enter the external number
When prompted, enter the full phone number — including the area code — where you want all calls to be forwarded.

Save or apply changes
After entering the external number, save or apply the changes to activate call forwarding. Ensure the call forwarding option is set to active.

Verify call forwarding
Make a test call to your business number and verify that it is forwarded to the external number you specified.
