Frontier Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Frontier number to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Follow the steps below to forward calls to an external number with Frontier.

Forward calls to an external number with Frontier

1. Listen for a dial tone and dial 72.
2. When you hear a second dial tone, dial the number you want to forward calls to.
3. Hang up and repeat the first step within two minutes if you get a busy signal or no answer.
4. You should hear a confirmation tone to indicate that call forwarding is activated.
