Cytracom Call Forwarding
While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Cytracom numbers to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding from Cytracom.
How to forward calls from Cytracom
- Log into secure.cytracom.net.
- Click on PBX.
- Click on Phone Numbers and select Call Forwards.
- Enter the temporary number.
- Go back to Phone Numbers and, for each number you want to forward, do the following:
- Click the Edit button.
- Scroll down to Standard Routing.
- Instead of Default, select Forward and select the temporary number.
- Click Save.
