Cytracom Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over to Mango Voice, you can forward your Cytracom numbers to a temporary number so calls keep reaching your team. Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding from Cytracom.

How to forward calls from Cytracom

  1. Log into secure.cytracom.net.
  2. Click on PBX.
  3. Click on Phone Numbers and select Call Forwards.
  4. Enter the temporary number.
  5. Go back to Phone Numbers and, for each number you want to forward, do the following:
    • Click the Edit button.
    • Scroll down to Standard Routing.
    • Instead of Default, select Forward and select the temporary number.
    • Click Save.
