adit Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over from adit, you can forward your numbers so calls keep reaching your team on Mango Voice. Follow the steps below to forward calls from adit to Mango Voice.

  1. Log in to the adit admin portal

    • Open your web browser and sign in to adit's admin portal with your administrator credentials.
  2. Open your phone numbers

    • Click Numbers in the admin portal.
  3. Edit the main number

    • Click the edit icon on the main number at the top of the page.
  4. Set every schedule to always active

    • Click each schedule in the numbered dropdown and set them to be always active.
    • This ensures calls forward regardless of the time or day.
  5. Route each line to an external transfer

    • Click each line in the numbered dropdown.
    • Set the routing to External Transfer.
    • Add the temporary number you want calls forwarded to.
  6. Save your changes

    • Click Save at the top of the page to apply the forwarding settings.
