8x8 Call Forwarding

While you wait for your numbers to port over from 8x8, you can forward your main number so calls keep reaching your team on Mango Voice. Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding.

1. Go to Phone Numbers and note the object using the main number.
2. Pick one of the ring groups or extensions.
3. Set call forwarding at the bottom of the page.
4. Unlink the main number from its object and give it to the ring group or extension.
