A few things to have ready so your session runs smoothly.
Your phones have arrived.
Do not schedule your onboarding until your phones are in hand. You will plug them in during the session.
Plan for 2 hours.
Your specialist will use this time to configure your system, customize your call flow, and walk you through everything before you go live.
Have router access ready.
We will need access to your router during the session. If you work with an IT support company, make sure someone from their team is available. If you manage your own network, have your router admin username and password on hand.
