Please plan for approximately 15-30 minutes to meet with our Specialist to set up your Contact Sync. This is a zero-downtime installation and can be done without any interruptions.
If your server is located in your office (on-premise), we will need to remote into it to install a program that will enable us to read the contacts in your database.
If you do NOT have administrative access to your server, we will need to have your IT help in this process.
If we are syncing with Dentrix Ascend, we will need your Henry Schein One Customer Identification Number (CID#). Please have it ready or email it to scarlson@mangovoice.com.
