How To Prepare

  • Please plan for approximately 15-30 minutes to meet with our Specialist to set up your Contact Sync. This is a zero-downtime installation and can be done without any interruptions.
  • If your server is located in your office (on-premise), we will need to remote into it to install a program that will enable us to read the contacts in your database. 
  • If you do NOT have administrative access to your server, we will need to have your IT help in this process.
  • If we are syncing with Dentrix Ascend, we will need your Henry Schein One Customer Identification Number (CID#). Please have it ready or email it to scarlson@mangovoice.com.
