We are excited to show you around and help you get familiar with your new phone system. Mango Voice can be a powerful tool for you and your company, but like any tool, its power comes from knowing how to use it. Don’t worry though, because we will take care of you all along the way.

1. Phone Delivery/Shipping:

Your new phones will be shipped or delivered to your location. *Times vary based on phone availability and shipping/delivery requirements.

2. Set Up:

Once your phones arrive, an account manager will call to schedule your installation and/or training. If you are remote, a support person will be available to assist you with installation and guide you with easy to follow instructions included with your hardware.*Please read important notice below for information that is critical to your phone setup.

3. Installation:

Your new phone system installation is simple and will be facilitated through easy to follow instruction cards or may be completed by a Mango Voice Installer.

4. Training:

After the installation, your staff will be trained on Mango Voice phones and any service questions will be answered.

5. Support:

You will have 24/7 support from Mango Voice. We will be available to answer questions and help you whenever you need to add other services and equipment or simply need help taking advantage of all of the amazing features Mango Voice Has to offer.
